Yeah Ive mostly been building 100W Marshalls the last year or so. Hey Omar do you know of any studio recordings with TWs? Im not too familiar with the TW thing. Ive always heard about it and I found myself checkin out the schems a while back and readin old threads and thought I have all I need to do a TW right now including a set of vintage trannys that would work. Im kinda stuck in the snow here tonight so Ive read just about everything at this sight so far.

You can check out the mp3s in the Files section. Check out the clip the one with 59 Les Paul and the one from the Komet site.

Also, I believe some of Bryan Adams older stuff (Cuts Like a Knife? maybe?) has Twrecks on them as well.

OK Ill ask some different questions.

Looking at the TwoRock Ruby pics I can see it looks like they use local FB on V2. What do you guys feel about using LFBs to kill some harshness?

I also thought about paralleling one of the preamp tubes. Has anyone tried this and if so howd it work out?

What do you guys feel about using Ra bypass caps in A1a amps? Or more high end cancelation with NFB to the PI?

One last question. Has anyone tried the Matchless Spitfire type PPIV master on an Express clone?
