yes, really like the rocket too with the gold and wound up to 7 and beyond.

Very nice growl you've got going there.
I must try my rocket on 10 - I've been using effects to get that.
Sounds great.

Very good and one of the reasons the Rocket is my favorite it has tone!

What speakers did you use?

Mark I use celestion gold speakers in a 2x12 open back cab. The tone conrols were set with treble just cracked, mids 10, Bass just cracked, and pres control 4.

Yes I agree The Rocket is my favorite, Liverpool 2nd then the Express.
The Express is great but there is a certian tightness with the El84's in the Rocket and liverpool that the Express does not have.
