I think I about have this Express under control now. I re-wired the power board to bring all the wire above the board and twisted and shortened my OT secondaries to the power tubes. I moved a few of the wires around in the preamp section as well and I can now dime the amp and not get any squeals or oscillations. I got hold of a few NOS Sylvania 12AX7s and they made a great improvement in the tone and stability of the amp. You guys were great about keeping me moving on this amp and I really appreciate it!
