TURRET BOARD FOR ROCKET

Is there a drill plan for a rocket turret board? chassis drill plans suggest around 9'' x around 2'' iv fabbed the chassis and would like to start my board but cant find recomended board size and are you guys using .375 centers for turrets? thanks mark

Just follow the hole layout on page 3 of the attached pdf. Colossal's Express layout should help. I alway's just bought mine for the traditional wrecks. There is a Express and Liverpool board layout but I have never had a Rocket one.

Ok cool just what i needed thanks, im just gonna install the board and then draw out the best way to layout components theres really not a ton of parts so one could be very creative on the board, then ill pull it back out drill and stack, i may even try a rocket and a exspress, as ive bent and drilled 2 chassis thanks mark

Yeah you just have to wing it.
I used the layout and cropped the board from it.

Then just sort of drew it out so the parts fit comfortably.

That should really help out. I do that with many of my projects too or wait for some TAG member to come out with a board layout so I can steal it. :)

If you'd like to align with the old style Vectorbord specifications, I suggest using turret hole spacing of .265 inches and overall mounting holes at the locations identified on the attached drawing.
