Guess I don't understand why you'd even want to run an OD pedal into a Komet....... You'd do better looking at other amps like the Fuchs Frost 100 or Bogner Uberschall. Something along those lines (channel switching) if you're looking for that pure saturated "metal" tone. But that's just my thoughts.

Im not looking for MONSTER gain. Its just that at some point i might want to use it to practice at home where volume is an issue but still I would like to have some overdrive.
