New express .... LARA is born

Hollo to everyone... today I finished my amp.... LARA!!!!!!
sound is wonderfull... there is a bit noise... but I can accept it.
since I was not able to find someone near my home that makes wood works, I made it by myself with multi-stratus woos and painted it in ancient mahogany color... anyway as soon as I'll found a box.. i'll replace it.
I put a small flower and the name LARA!!!!
some sounds next week!

ceriatone caps replaces with: ATOM 20 and 40 micro (power supply), elna 22 micro (cathode caps)
tubes... as of now JJ, next week I'll have mullards EL34 and TUNG SOL 12ax7

Looks great! Maybe some of the noise will disappear when you replace the tubes.

That's really cool! Remember to put some foam under it if it sits on top of the speaker cabinet, and put a metal shield on the bottom of the chassis if you haven't already. Nice work. Phil

Congrats! If you want to hone the head cab just use a hand sander with fine grain paper and have some car painter lacquer and color it for you.
