those all look pretty good man. i don't like the sound of those noises though. but all those voltages (sans power tubes) look very good---all will drop a bit when you get the power tubes in there drawing current---the plate voltage will come down maybe 10-15volts as will the screens. rh

now with power tubes.... i dont know whats up??

no guitar plugged in i can hear the amp is on and the knobs seems to effect the sound of the slight hiss. as well i hear a pulsating clicking going on, ever so slightly.

guitar pluggedin, with the volume low, i get no guitar signal. if i turn the volume up alittle more the amp makes a loud buzzing like its about to over load or something. still no guitar sound coming out.
all grounds seem fine.

still looking it over...

Those standoff look short. Are you sure none of the flea clips are touching the chassis?

Just took a quick glance at your photos and it appears that you don't have a needed ground wire attached to the + side of the bias supply electrolytics. With the bias supply filter caps not grounded, this would create hum at the amps output.

so it was just your input wiring being faulty? maybe melted the shield to the internal lead wire? so all is up and running loud and rockin? can you still hear the clickin/poppin with the p.i. tube pulled----if so pull the power tubes and see if you still hear it . rh

i know what you mean Allyn - its not that though. ;)

sound file info:

amp is on 1, guitar on 3 ( its late cant make noise)
u hear me strum a chord, turn volume down and then hear me unplugg guitar then i turn the amp to 12 oclock on the dial.. whats with the slight thump/pulsating? dc ripple or what?

p.s. there are 3 computer monitors in here so pay no attention the noise. ;)

Have you check the preamp tubes? I had something similar with my plexi changed pre amp tubes problem solved....
