Howdy all....I'm a newbie around these parts and I'm looking for some transformers for my Express build and I understand that a fellow forumite "Moose" sells them. I've tried emailing him but get no response....anyone know if he still sells the transformers?
Great forum guys....very informative. I've owned a few Komets and loved them but I always wanted to try out a pre-Komet Trainwreck and feel now is the time to attempt a build. There's no original wreck's around the backwoods of western Pennsylvania where I live so this is probably as close to one as Ill ever get to one . I'm an electronc tech by degree & profession so I don't expect any problems with the build but I want to get some good transformers as they are probably the heart of such an amp. Nic has a nice chassis and boards so I'm going to start form that platform and go from there. Thanks guys!
Try contacting Moose through his webpage at toneslut.com. I might be wrong but I think I remember him saying he was going to be out of town for a short period. But I know for a fact that when you do hook up with him he'll have the goods as far as Trannys are concerned.
