Here are some photos and a little data I collected for a similar project I have not started yet. These might help you.
Right now, I just run the thing open, with no enclosure. The effect comes off very well on the fast speed, but almost not at all on the slow speed.

Re: My oldest has decided not to go to college.
Yep. I think facilitating the time to explore and figure things out is the best opportunity a parent can sometimes provide for their children. Not everybody moves in a straight line or on a fixed schedule that is the same as everyone else's. In this economy, a year or two or three gaining some self ...

Re: Impedance Switch
I'm planning on adding one of these to a Tweed Pro clone. My first "amp mod". I want to install it in the unused ground switch location on the chassis. That puts it half a chassis-length away from the OT and the output jacks so I have to run a few inches of wire back and forth. It'll be a 2, 4 and 8...

They Did Fine By Me
I had them build a speaker cabinet for me that had a closed back bottom portion (1 x 12) and an opened back top portion (2 x 10). They got it correct from my emailed description. It was well built, nicely tolexed and trimmed, etc. Good price. Fast. Well packaged for shipping. Easy folks to deal with...

Re: Leslie Cabinet
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing the schematic. Your switch will be the first thing I try to build from scratch. No hight voltage caps or lead dress to worry about ;) . . . and even I can understand what is happening in the circuits. Just my speed. I like the look of your cabinet too. Some good in...

Re: Leslie Cabinet
Thanks for all the great info everyone! Seems like it wants to be in its own cabinet, without an added stationary speaker in the same cabinet, so I have the most flexibility in the end.

Leslie Cabinet
I just bought a partial Leslie assembly off eBay - 2-speed motor, drum assembly, and a 10" speaker - all mounted up and ready to go into a cabinet. I plan on building a cabinet around it. When folks use a Leslie with a guitar, is it the only speaker, or do they generally use it together with another...

Re: Thiele 1x12 with EV and built in two mic’s tone comparison
A novice's question... Wouldn't you want to mic one of the ports also? And mix it with the driver mic?
