Re: The Immortal Amplifier
I really hope it gets back up and running again, it was a fine forum. Fingers crossed for it's return.
You know I had no idea that Enzo had passed, man that's sad. I'm so behind with events.
Cheers all.

That would be great, thank you RG. I'll look forward to that.

Hi RG
I Don't know about anyone else, but I would seriously like to hear more about your work on simulating a tube rectifier. Sound like an incredibly useful thing.
Cheers

Thanks Loudthud.

Cheers

Re: Masco ME-27 schematic
Thinking of building something closely based on one.
I saw Rhett Shull's YouTube post about his, the one modded by Eli Lester and one done by a guy over here in the UK, and thought they sounded great.
Cheers.

Masco ME-27 schematic
Hi folks
Has anyone got a schematic for a Masco ME-27? Or maybe give some info about them, like for instance what phase inverter they used.
Cheers

Re: Blackstar series one 100 problem
Hi guys. Thanks for the replies. Loudthud, don't think it has a switched mode supply, and yes I do use a lightbulb limiter so I'll power it up with that once I've replaced the damaged parts. SteveM, I'd really appreciate a schematic if you can get one thank you. I'll check the supply at the appropri...

Re: Blackstar series one 100 problem
Thanks for replying, the amp blows the mains fuse pretty much as soon as its turned on. That's how it came to me, so I cant answer any of those questions, sorry. The guy bought it in that condition for a very cheap price. I have no history of how it's been used. I suspect there must be some possible...

Blackstar series one 100 problem
20240808_214309.jpg Anyone know the values of the burned out components on this picture L6,R28,R27,D14,D13 ? Blackstar series one 100w head. I could do with knowing what they do in the circuit too. I assume they are part of the fx send and return circuit since they are right next the to the loop Ja...

Re: Transformer for OTS type circuit
π€£π€£π€£ oh heck, do you know I never even noticed that! Probably because I was initially looking at the pedaltone 1 which has a slightly different circuit configuration which doesn't mention the tranny, and only downloaded the pedaltone 2 one just before I posted on here. Oooh I feel such a foolπ€£ Thanks...
