Where should I ground the left lugs and should I still use the 2.2 meg resistors?

Something you might want to try is measure the impedance of your pickups. If your pickup is 9k or above use a 1 meg pot. It will sound a lot better and you won't have that treble roll off.

I have a friend that has one. and it started buzzing, almost like the speaker was blown. and then it started humming. The 2 1meg resistors and the 2 .022uf caps in the driver circuit have to match. they don't have to be exactly 1meg or .o22 but the closer you can get the cap's and the resistor's to macth will be the difference between a crappy amp or amazing amp....

I picked up the furman and last night I did'nt have any problems. I think my amp was a little quieter too. Don't know why I did'nt do this years ago..thanks for the help guy's BTW, how about I strip my classic 30 and build a rocket in that chassis. any comments?

Filaments are dead on 6.3. Does a express draw more current than a peavey classic 30(my backup). I had no problems with it the rest of the night.

I use a Jensen P12n and a ceramic jesen(40 watt) and it sounds better than my marshall 4x12 with g12m's.

do you have a schematic?
