Mine is an A-50 s/n:901010 It has 6L6's in it.

mat-Love your approach to this track! Super smooth tone and cool bleeding feedback. I bet it was it the Ibanez 335/Duncan guitar, right? My strat-style guitar doesn't give up the singing feedback like you're getting.

Mid Boost?
I think your tone is cool. In the other thread with build pics it appears that you don't have a mid boost switch. Maybe that is the "honk" you are hearing in other's clips.

How do you like yours? These don't carry a lot of value (at least in the NW). I picked this up for $200. I paid $300 for mine a long time ago. I did something stupid to it one day by plugging a footswitch in the preout jack. OUCH!!! I think one day it will be a great donor for a *umble type circuit...
