Don't think i can be much help. Mine is the 18watt version and doesn't have a standby switch. My R21 measures 8k2 on two of my meters but the color bands say it is 11k. have no clue on that one. Mine runs between two caps in the power supply and then to two 100k resistors (R12, R13) and to the 12ax7...

I bought a dead Atomic Reactor 18 off of ebay. Just the unit itself, not the whole cabinet. Atomic was no help in getting a schematic. I did not even get a response back. Also found lots of customer support complaints.

Check the local hobby shops too. They will have an assortment of different bolts and nuts and such.
