6v6 pp is opt 6k6, but 8k is ok as well.

currently building a non reverb chieftain head, can't wait to see how it messes up my habits

I know you said celestion, but if you have a chance to shoot a jensen neo tornado - that's also a good sounding lightweight speaker.

@Dr D, just curious how much B+ do you run your 6v6?
I've read once, that cathode biased shouldn go higher than b+ of 350v.
