Since you are from Germany, I would recommend getting a kit from Tube Amp Doctor. Makes it easier for your father and you will get high quality components all in one package.

Okay, Then you are good to go.
I built one with the tweaked layout and it is a great amp.
The cleans are a little sterile on mine but the drive is just awesome.

Hi,
I have got a transformer with sec. 270V. So i can take it without the voltage doubler. Am i right?
And it´s got 20V. How can i get the 6,3V Heater Voltage?

yes you are right. i don't need 100 watts. i want to use it on stage, but it goes into a mixer and i've got my monitor. i think i will try the d'lite.

yes, i am an electronics technican. i build a few pedals, like ds-1 keeley mod clone or ts-808 clone.
i think it is possible with the right schematics and parts and i want to try it.
i used the search but i didn't found what i was looking for.

I want to build an ODS 100 clone and yes, i am a newbie!
so i've got some stupid questions: :?

What does HRM mean?
What kind of transformer do i need?
Where can i get them from?
Is a kit the best way to do it for me?
Which one is the best?
