ClassicTone pair (40-18005 PT; 40-18009 OT) from just after they closed their doors, 2021 I think. Leads are cut but should be long enough for most installs. Plenty on OT.

OK here might be another clue, using a bulb limiter, I get surge when rectifier is plugged in, replaced the socket, same issue, replaced the 4AR5 same issue.....dont see obvious short.... voltage harness unplugged, is fine, plugged in its fine, as soon as the rect is plugged in surge.... are my pro...

Which amp? The damnable Mark IVs and Vs make it very time consuming to lift the PCB. I'd solder new filter caps to existing leads if it was my own amp. especially big 100n orange drop caps are prone to wiggling and breaking their leads. happened to a couple amps I've owned over the years...
