The treble pot in 102 when I worked on it was a mouser/alpha 250k linear that measured 236K. Before it was converted to a skyline EQ it would have had the fender 30% ish pot. The mid and bass pots were also Mouser, 250k 15%, and the bass pot measured 400K.

well, the set in the clip you just heard is MY Music man style Iron, My standard OT is a proprietary design, similar to a fender wind, but different in a few ways. Tone wise it is similar to a twin OT.

The OT's I sold here are Twin Reverb OT's with extra 8&16 taps.

THe MM Iron has more of a Thick wooly character to the Mids, and a more "woodwind" like low end artifact, the Fender Iron has more of a saturated Woof to the low end, and gives more when you lean into it.

Every ODSR I have seen has had the Reverb mix and recovery BEFORE the entrance to the Overdrive

I've seen plenty of Dumbles with SM's, don't fear them just go with what sounds good in your personal amp- there is no wrong answer so long as it makes the sound you want to hear

Kirks had a Black chassis, all the others in the first 7 seem to have silver chassis, I bet Kirk has enough dough and is famous enough that Dumble may have very well built him that amp- Hard to say though.
