Re: Modding the Airbrake for two cabs

I've got an impedance selector (4/8/16) on the back of the head. Total load for both of the cabs is 4 ohms

Modding the Airbrake for two cabs

I am using 2 speaker enclosures with a 25 watt amp on stage. Can I jumper a second "speaker out" jack wired in parallel in the Airbrake without hurting anything, or do I need to build a second Airbrake?

Re: About Moss of Brown Note

Does anybody know how many complete amps/kits shipped?
I bought one of the first run of (50?)
kits and prize it above all of my vintage stuff.
The D'lite is the only amp head I bring to gigs.

It's a shame Moss couldn't make a go of this. It was a really nice design.

Re: changing the voicing of a D'Lite

You might also consider using 10" speakers instead of 12s.
Thats what I did, and my setup sounds very different than Robbin Ford.

Re: Brown Note D'Lite 22 Kit - Last Call

Could you let us know how many full parts kits actually shipped at the end of the run? That may add some value down the road. I have already had two serious offers for my head- without cab. Ain't fer sale.

Re: What humbucker..

I swear by Seymour Duncans.

I like a '59 PAF clone at the neck, and a JB at the bridge in my humbucker guitars.

Re: Progress report on D'Lite chassis

An added bonus with the vibrolux iron is that it works very well with 6L6’s for a big boost in power and clean headroom. I’ve been playing it biased for 6L6’s for several hours now and I really like what I’m hearing….A LOT! You mean I can go from 6v6 to 6l6 with just a quick bias with this amp?
