Re: My first Fender Princeton clone
Which of the several Master Volume designs did you use? Pre -PI? Post PI? And how do you like it? Grats on the build! That looks vastly better than my first, umm, several builds. Thanks man! I've used Pre PI, read a lot and I think it's work better for me. https://robrobinette.com/Generic_Tube_Amp_...

Re: My first Fender Princeton clone
Yeah that picture with the 335 is killer. @Alextsayun please elaborate on the master volume if you will. It's not 335, it's 330 :) About master volume, from my perspective for Princeton better works this mod — PRE Phase Inverter Master Volume https://robrobinette.com/Generic_Tube_Amp_Mods.htm#Pre_P...

Re: My first Fender Princeton clone
Frankly speaking it's not a real black tweed, it's a yellow tweed painted black acrylic over the top and after that lacquered.norburybrook wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2019 11:25 am Funny when I saw your cab I thought it was going to be like mine, Carbon Fiber tolex, but it's black tweed, looks quite similar in the pics.
