Just finished a rj kit 15 watt two el84 three 12ax7 pcb Great kit... Did some up grade parts amtrans ,riken ,kiwame resistors ,ceramic gold plate nos tube sockets nos tubes .Great sound very clean to thump metal ,sounds big for little amp.Put brite switch in after I listened to it . No noise before ...

The kit is from rj guitar,who is a hell of a nice guy I wish there was some one out there who built this amp and was dead on with out debugging it so far I have change out v1 and v2. I went back to stock pot on ps board, the pic is from 2 weeks ..... I replaced v1 & v2 tube socket got 1.5 volts on pin 8 v1. Did not have before new socket still no guitar sound..Iam just about ready to bring to a shop ,, In sf it cost if they will even look at it .. They like easy jobs

Took the wires of bright switch if touched it also made to much noise .... All noise went away even tube and the 3 wires to v1 but still no guitar sound ...
