what is the 0.002 cap having an affect on?

i would like to know also. i'm familair with the marshall layout, but not the trainwreck. which caps/resisors are the tonestack etc?

just wondering if this is simply a direct placement between the two resistor points, and do the choke wires have to be placed in a certain direction? im gonna use a typical marshall choke.
