Re: Trainwreck on the CMA's!!!
I could see that. Brinks truck pulls up and a couple armed guards walk Hattie Mae in, with her hand-cuffed to the one carrying her like that scene from Ocean's Eleven.

Re: I am looking to Install OT & Choke in a Marshall 2061x H
Why are you adding a choke? That will probably change the dynamics of the amp pretty substantially. I've tried a choke in my 18watt Lite IIb and took it out. The reason I took it out is I needed more voltage drop (my el84's were red plating), but I liked it much better without the choke. I'm not try...

Re: Pintek PS-1005
10x drops the voltage at the scope input by a factor of 10. With that in place, your amp's 485vdc becomes 48.5vdc as measured by the scope. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Test_probe Gotta love wikipedia 8) Hurray for "The W"! :D (A nickname David Crowder gave Wikipedia in his book "Everybody Wants To...

Re: airbrake for a 10 watt or less amp
I use the 50watt L-Pad with my 18watt and it sounds good. Actually I usually run it 1/2 to 3/4 volume just to smooth out the highs. It sounds pretty good down to about 1/2 on the volume, then just ok down to 1/3 any further it starts loosing alot of definition and just sounds too muddy to even play....
