Looks like you're sailing pretty close to the wind with the voltage rating of the caps too. You're probly safer using 400V or even 630V caps.

You could try a single higher wattage zener instead.

You can get them in 5 watters; they're the same size as a 1N5408.

Jaycar Electronics in Australia have non polarised electros in the 100 volt range of up to 400uF. They are 16 x 37 mm. You might be able to get them by mail.
