OK everything in the blue box is a footswitch and the connector cable. What part are you not sure about? the numbers refer to the pin numbers on the connectors. solder the parts in as shown. As far as the types of caps and chokes, what is the difference between a barrel and ceramic disc. Would any type work and maybe have slight variations in how well they work? I just don't want to cause any damage to my amp or start a fire or something drastic like that.

I think they just got the case mixed, because I'd expect the H in Henry to capitalized due to it being proper, as in a last name.

I have been looking on mouser and can't find a passive inductor with a Mega henry unit or anything even close. But there are plenty of 1.2 millihenry models.
