I can't see why Brad P. would need an amp like this when he has the Maz, Mazerati GT, RxES and Stingray.

Re: Might be heresy - but will this PT be ok on a TW build?
For $134US? you could almost buy a TW set for that kinda dough from Moose or someone else.
That looks like a Fender tranny.
As stated by another poster it doesn't have the prescribed current for a TW which is around 300ma.
Power tranny's don't sound, Output tranny's do.

Re: Vote For My Son Michael
No offence but If it were my son I would only stated "vote if you feel the need to, if you think he is so deserving", ie., on his merit. No one is questioning the pride you have in your son. People may have taken offence to you stating "vote for my son" you are telling everyone who to vote for. Best...

Re: Rocket Transformers
I looked at a few Liverpool schematics and I see 326 and 331 as B+ voltages, I'm assuming these voltages are taken with the tubes in.

Re: Rocket Transformers
Sky Sorry I don't understand here so I need to ask, how do you figure a 260V primary is wrong? With a SS rectifier and no load (no tubes) you have about 360V on the plates, with a load (tubes in) the B+ will drop considerably to 335v maybe. My understanding is that 335v B+ is in the ball park for a ...

Doesn't Triode sell a 25watt OT with a 6600k primary and 4,8 & 16 ohms secondaries?

I've seen Wrecks built on the same Hammond chassis's using Mooses Tranny's, no big deal they work just fine.

What are you using as a base for this conversion, you state Liverpool but, built by whom?
